The Team behind the Mercy Station!

As the president of the Mercy Station, I look over all events, donations, charity assistance and our profound school and free education admissions.

As Vice President, I assist and oversee operations introduced by the President. I manage overall accounting and data collection, such as for the families that are in need of financial and food support, as well as future admissions for our school.

As the general secretary, I oversee and meet children that are in desperate need of support in all areas of life, as well as families that are financially struggling. I also oversee the rest of the staff members and help arrange everything necessary for our operations!

I assist with managing and organizing our events and meet ups with families and children! There is a lot that goes on in the back with all the things we usually need to buy and prepare.

I essentially manage the finances with the assistance of our president and keep a track of all the donations coming through. I and the rest of the executive members then arrange funds for each of the events and tasks that we have planned for the organization.

I organize and assist with managing our events and keep the children accompanied at our school. I assist with teaching and also micro-manage some duties at the office.

I meet up with families that are in immense need of support, whether financial or educational. I also connect with church members and other members of staff we have in order to assist with the admission process and overall availability for assistance that we can provide people.

As joint secretary, I oversee an extensive amount of tasks, from keeping a track of all of our schedules, school appointments, stationary supplies, our school staff and other important duties. I am so happy to be a part of something so unconditional that is actively changing the lives of people!

I assist alongside other team members with organizing and managing our school and other charity events. I also help closely with certain personal requests by family that mostly consist of financial difficulties or social isolation.

I primarily assist in managing stationery items and support students by reviewing their course materials and other essential resources for effective learning. I also help with teaching and identify additional supplies that may benefit their education.

I work closely with our joint secretary, overseeing various tasks. My responsibilities include assisting with accounting, tracking the number of students currently registered, and monitoring those in the registration process. Additionally, I keep a record of the families supported by our charity and determine what resources we can provide for them.

I work closely with church members to help manage events that align with our organization's goals. Additionally, I conduct home visits, where I engage with families to inform them about our free school for children facing various challenges. I reassure them that we are committed to providing all the support we can.
